Travelodge by Wyndham Ozone Park

1 night stay - ok

Truly this hotel is closed and the app did not inform us beforehand, I found out when I arrived at the place. Next to it, there is a hotel called Ozone Inn, apparently they moved the reservation to that hotel, but did not inform about it. I found out when I went to see if there were any rooms left and the person who attended me told me that I had a reservation. It was really stressful and frustrating. I left on a trip and the day before returning to the same hotel for one night is when I received a notification in the email about what I already knew.

I booked Travelodge for 9 nights with breakfast

I booked Travelodge for 9 nights with breakfast. I was transferred to Ozone Park Inn and Suites next door. They did not provide the continental breakfast which I paid for, neither was I reimbursed. Most of all, the place was dusty and not suitable, especially if someone is asthmatic. Terrible.
