When I arrived, the first room that I was given was not cleaned and the beds were visibly dirty

When I arrived, the first room that I was given was not cleaned and the beds were visibly dirty. There was garbage in the elevators and when another guest alerted a staff member, they said they were not going to clean it. We decided to not stay the night at this hotel and checked out about an hour later (I had never done this before). I submitted a request to cancel the rest of the reservation and be reimbursed for the remaining nights on my stay, but this request was denied. The two men working at the front desk were helpful and considerate, but I would recommend against staying at this p

Don’t use the atm I was scammed out of $200, no room service or anything. I would only stay here if you plan on being out the whole time and just sleeping at the hotel as I did.
