There is no like items to specify for this property. As per the property rules, Check-in time is at 14:00. However, we have waited till 15:00 hours to check-in our room. Rooms requested for non smoking floor but however we have received in the smoking rooms. When we entered in the room the smell is unbearable. Towels are with stains. Water drain at bath tub is not working. Bath tub is with mud marks without clean. We have booked with breakfast. However, check-in staff told us it is chargeable. We shown the reservation and they cross checked and informed us we can have breakfast. But, restauran

An experience that will not be repeated
The hotel is located in Dubai Sports City, does not have a distinctive view, our room entry was delayed by about two hours, the receptionists tried to help but did not offer anything new, the duty manager does not have problem-solving capabilities, breakfast is not good and not varied, and the breakfast area is very small. There are parking spaces below the hotel and in front of the hotel.
