Pros: The staff were wonderful. Friendly and attentive to any request. They remember you name and ask you about your plans for the day as they serve breakfast. The Wifi is adequate for most remote work or for streaming entertainment if you don't want to use built in apps on the smart TV in the room. Cons: The water pressure is anaemic. You stand in the shower and hope to get damp. The breakfast while well cooked and served with a smile, is small. Pros: Very friendly host Nigel,lovely stay Cons: I would say the breakfast could be more items small pieces of bacon small sausages mo mushroom or hash browns

I enjoyed my stay ,the owners were very helpful .would stay again

Pros: I liked that it was convenient to the airport and NEC there was a bus but I got an uber and it was about £10 Cons: The single bed was on a bit of a slope .

Pre summer holiday stay

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable would highly recommend staying here Cons: The only thing I could complain about is we couldn't stay longer
