This time we were disappointed .

Cons: We had booked well in advance , reached at 3:30 PM . Our details were already with hotel as we stay quite often , still the staff at reception was very very slow and made us wait for more than 20 mins min . Secondly had two rooms in which second was for our daughter in single occupancy . So it should have been on same floor atleast if not adjoining . But ours was on 2nd floor and my daughter’s room was on 6th floor . You must know — she couldn’t come to our room —- we had few things in each others bags or need medicine or just want to visit other family members room —- which we cou

Cons: Evening though we were @ hotel 1 hr. before check in time , our check in was completed only room no. is left to allot.@ reception we were told to sit as check in 3.00pm & they told we will contact u so we were sitting but till 3.10 pm no one came so i approached the reception & still they told me to sit for 10 mins. Lately got the room then luggage issue .got our luggage around 3.30 pm might b mis placed or not numbererd properly by staff . No one there to offer a water even when waiting for the room allotment. Breakfast was good .Staff serving breakfast very polite & kind . Ambia
