Disgraceful
Pros: Manager was rude. All staff rude. Never cleaned my room, changed my sheets or replaced free amenities. Kettle had build. Windows were smashed broken. Fridge was broken. What a joke. I got locked out one night as my card wouldn't work. I have this place I'd I'm not refunded I'm pressing legal charges. Jokers Cons: Everything
