excellent
Pros: The staff were so nice, it’s definitely worth the money - it really exceeded my expectations. Cons: the lift was broken

I am disappointed with breakfast and I have a cold mushroom
Pros: I would like going to on the bus get into city centre shopping centre Cons: I don't like mushroom is too cold and should you have a more staff help is the chef in kitchen. I don't like bedroom is too hot and warm

Expensive and uncomfortable
Pros: Kitchen in room Cons: Got charged an extra £50 as “deposit” upon arrival told we would get it back still haven’t. Rooms were extremely hot 50°c with only one fan. Staff were rude
