Our stay at Tru made us feel comfortable and we would definitely come back.
Pros: Clean and organized and it smelled fresh. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional!! Shout out to Mr Wright, Lisa, Dwight and Lashawn. They were all exceptional and made us feel at home. The breakfast, lounge space, room appointments, and the location was a plus. Close to everything, Ft Jackson, downtown etc. Cons: No complaints

If the humidity level in the rooms could be fixed, the hotel would be perfect.
Pros: The staff were very nice. Martha was very nice at breakfast. Dwight was also a great help. Everything was very clean. The lobby was very nice to use. Cons: The rooms were very humid. We switched rooms for the second night, and while the humidity level was better in the second room, it was still too humid.

Pros: Staff was polite, professional, and great with my kids!! So understanding and willing to do anything to make my stay better however they could. Cons: N/A
