I need my Tea caffeine.
Clean hotel. Comfortable rooms. Front desk staff always friendly. Breakfast is disappointing. No bananas, not much of a selection compared to other Tru locations I have stayed at. Also, lucky I travel with my own tea bags as this one always only has green tea. Which btw has happened on multiple occasions.
Broke down with truck repairs
I was in the area due to my truck breaking down. I had stay there in the past and didn’t realize it until the Uber pulled up. This stay was such a do over. I was a little disappointed when I first pulled up. This stay was what I consider Hilton quality. Everyone there always had smiles on there faces and they greeted me each and every time I walked through the front door. It was a whole vibe and it made my 7 day stay worth it. A lovely weekend stay at Tru Hotel at Jax airport. From reserving the room, to checking in, to breakfast, check out, everything was flawless. Fantastic customer service, especially Haymara at the breakfast bar.
