ALL of the staff that I interacted with was friendly and helpful
ALL of the staff that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton. Room was cleaned and the bed was comfortable.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it has been a clown show both times
This is the second time I have stayed here and it has been a clown show both times. I was double charged each time and had to spend several hours getting the management to refund me. The staff is very green and struggle doing the most basic tasks (checking a guest in for example). My last room was dirty (toilet had not been cleaned, hair in bed) and the room smelled like farm animal. Traveling for work is hard enough as it is, this place adds needless frustration and discomfort. Stay somewhere else…

The overall hotel was very nice and clean
The overall hotel was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was the bathroom. I am in a wheelchair and we got a roll in shower room. The room was very spacious and easy to move around in. But when I took a shower this morning the whole bathroom floor was covered in water. My husband helped me to make sure the shower head never pointed out of the shower, but when we went to get out there was water covering the floor. Very scary for someone with a broken leg.
