My stay was comfortable, breakfast was nice and we will be staying here again, in the future.
Pros: The property was clean, well decorated and the staff was professional and helpful. Cons: Upon check-in, our shower had long straight strands of hair on the walls and on the shower floor. The shower appeared to be clean otherwise, but I had to clean the hair out. The pillows were very small and one was almost completely flattened.
Good place to stay
Pros: Good place to stay. Clean and comfy and good staff. Cons: We didn't have enough time to enjoy the stay. One night doesn't feel like enough time.
Shonta was excellent with helping get my room situated!!! She’s the best!! The facilities are very overall!!!
Pros: Very clean Cons: No microwaves in the rooms
Staff was super friendly.
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Especially shar at the front desk. She helped me book another 2 nights at the hotel and she also talked about the Cincinnati Zoo. So we went to the zoo and it was a great time. It was a pleasure to talk to her. Thanks again Cons: I have nothing bed to say
