Great location and nice hotel, but call ahead to confirm your room selection

Pros: The location of this hotel was great, close to Penn Station and mid-town. The hotel, rooms, and facilities are well maintained with polite staff. I also appreciated that they will store your luggage if you arrive early and your room is available. Also, I appreciated that the did offer late checkout for a nominal fee. Cons: I was disappointed that we didn't get the room we reserved. We booked a 2 Queen with Sofa bed, but instead got a 2 King room. There were 5 of us in the room, so the first night was very uncomfortable as 3 of us slept in 1 bed, and 2 in another (and the lumpy pillows d

great experience, since we were upgraded to suite/family room without extra charges. Who does that?

Room was spacious and clean.The location was excellent, it was a walking distance to Times Square and surrounding attractions, and walking distance to Moynihan/Penn station.
