Comfortable and enjoyable
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Staff great. Took my luggage to my room. Very close to Paddington Station so ideal for travel to Heathrow. Was able to store my luggage before check in. Felt safe. Cons: Not drinking water in rooms

It was good value and the location was fantastic.
Pros: Location was excellent Clean Great staff Cons: Very small bathroom w shower not grt for large people.

Pros: スタッフさんたちが全員いい人たちで、安心して滞在できた。 Cons: 部屋がちょっと狭かったので2人分のスーツケースを広げるのが少し大変だった。部屋はとても綺麗だった！
