Affordable clean and central stay in liverpool
Pros: Clean central and safe Room was fairly quiet and the price was very good Cons: It's a bit of a weird layout and easy to get lost but otherwise can't fault it at all for the price

Pros: Great location. Cons: Staff weren’t very friendly or helpful at all. The whole hotel needed a good scrub. The lift was disgusting and the edges around the floors were very dirty. Don’t smell Good at all. The room itself was totally disappointing. Dirty and smelly. Would definitely not return. The shower was manking and needed a good clean, the skirting boards were dirty, the curtains were dirty, there was dust hanging in the vents and the drain clogged quickly as they were filled with dirt.
Not great - would not go back
Pros: The location is great Cons: The hotel is not that clean, there was a stain on the quilt cover and the air con in our room was filthy and broken the buzzing sound coming from it woke us up a lot in the night. Worth spending an extra £20 to stay somewhere else with much nicer facilities and guaranteed good night sleep.
Fine for a place to lay your head after a night out.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. It has all you need, although basic. It’s excellently located near some lovely bars and restaurants. Cons: This is very much a hotel for people who are planning on having a big night out. I had booked to stay overnight to get some kip for a relatively early morning engagement. Perhaps this is somewhat on me for not doing my research, but I settled down for an early night and was kept awake until past 10pm by other guests getting ready for their night, talking loudly in the corridors, doors slamming etc. It’s a fairly old building so the sound doe
Hotel is exactly what you expect for how much you pay but is actually in a wonderful location
Pros: Location Cons: The day I checked out I heard staff members complaining to one another about breach of safety the previous night and it had turned out someone who was not allowed in the hotel had some how gained access so it was a security breach. These things happen, discussing them infront of guests who are just leaving and guests who are just arriving should of been considered though. Overall, staff did their jobs well and were friendly when needed to be.
