No da servicio 4 estrellas. Ubicación buena y todo el resto no

Pros: ubicación Cons: Escribí por privado y no me respondieron... No atienden telefono y cada necesidas hay que ir a recepción. A las 14hs no estaba lista habitacion y me hicieron esoerar mucho.. Cobrando total desde las 14hs. Limpieza horrible, el acolchado manchado y usado.. Pedí cambio pero la duda es si solo estiran camas o cambian.. A las 11 no funcionan las tarjetas.. otra vez pedir habiliten aunque checkout es a las 12. A las 14.30 y a las 12 hay que esquivar carros y recipientes por todo el pasillo. Ningún detalle para quien debe transportar equipaje de por lo menos correrlo. Disconfo
