The original basic room was depressing, and I paid to upgrade with a little difference
The original basic room was depressing, and I paid to upgrade with a little difference. TV did not work. The broken windows did not seal, allowing streetcar noise in, etc. The worst part, they detain you until they check the room, and then they allow you to check out.

The property is a gorgeous building with lovely decor, with plenty of green outdoor space and 2 swimming pools perfect for all ages. The atmosphere is fantastic in all aspects, from the welcome all the way through to the staff and other customers. The main desk staff are very helpful in dealing with all situations, and the other staff are so hard working. Management should feel proud to call them employees!
