Great location, friendly staff, excellent value The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always assisting with real passion and patience. The location is the hotel’s biggest advantage: Earl’s Court station is only about 200 metres away, roughly a 3-minute walk. From there, the Piccadilly line takes you directly from Heathrow Airport, and you can reach Westminster without changing trains with green line. Within about 100 metres you’ll find a wide range of places to eat and drink, from fast food like KFC to bars. The breakfast is perfectly adequate for a city hotel of this l

Good value for money at a lovely Victorian house

Pros: The location is very close to Earls Court which makes it easily accessible from Heathrow and to the center. The stuff is exceptionally friendly with a personal touch. The property is quaint with nice pieces of furniture, my room had a balcony. small double is enough for 1 person wouldn’t recommend it for 2 Cons: The showerhead from above only like in the US which makes it impossible not to wet your hair. The wifi didn’t work for me - turned out they have another network but with a different password - it would have been nice to learn about it when checking in

Pros: Location Cons: There was no outlet on one side of the bed. I had to charge my devices on my husband's night table.
