I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. The staff were unhelpful and showed little concern when I reported that a personal belonging, I had left in my room had gone missing. Instead of taking the matter seriously or conducting a proper investigation, the hotel dismissed my concerns and failed to provide any meaningful assistance or resolution. I even filed a police report because of the incident, yet the hotel still refused to take responsibility or cooperate in a satisfactory manner. This was not my first visit to Bangkok, and I have stayed at many hotels here before. I ha

Love the ambiance, me and my husband had a great time in this hotel, the staff are good , everything , if I'm coming back in Thailand I will get this hotel again for sure❤️
