Pros: It was filthy hasn’t been cleaned for months Cons: Everything

Not pleasant, we didn’t eat in the flat or want to spend any time in it because it smelt.

Pros: It was a good size Cons: It was on the top floor, with no lift. The door key didn’t work and took some time to get in. The location was not nice. The flat was dirty and smelt of cigarette smoke. No plug for sink to wash dishes , hence they were dirty on arrival. There was mould on the ceiling. The bath had lots of chips . Burn marks on the heater cover and carpet. The host apologized but it didn’t help the situation. This flat charges £75 to clean it when you leave but I don’t believe it had a good clean before our arrival. Southampton was very busy with a concert on so had to stay put .

Pros: The location of the property.. The property has potential but is poorly managed. Cons: My family and I had the worst experience ever. There was no power until I detected that the main power switch to the sockets of the apartment was off from the mains. The windows were in a horrible state, I could not risk opening them as they could fall off and cause harm. We had to endure significant heat due to the lack of ventilation. Pros: nada Cons: arrived at the accommodation around 5:30 PM, even though the listed check-in time was between 3:00 and 4:00 PM. To my surprise, all the check-in information was incorrect: the safe code for the key was wrong, the safe was located in a completely different place, and random strangers — who should not have access — helped me with private information such as the safe code and its location.
