The hotel and its staff were great and the food in the restaurant was delicious. I would have loved to stay longer.
Pros: Beautifully appointed with plenty of parking and an excellent restaurant. Cons: We arrived on one of the hottest days this year and struggled with the heat, but the room did have a decent fan.

Great location, comfy spacious room but let down by poor quality food and far too expensive.
Pros: The room was very comfortable and spacious and the staff were helpful. The location is great being close to the town centre. Cons: Disappointed that although advertised as a spa hotel, you had to know that this is limited and has to be pre-booked. However that was probably my fault for not reading the descriptions properly. We had the eggs benedict for breakfast and compared to what they should be like for the cost of the room, very disappointing. Overall far too much emphasis on style and art etc and not enough on the basics like getting the food right.
