Pros: Good location (a few minutes from Aldgate East station), Very good service: during the 9-day stay, fresh towels twice, bed linen change, quick help with minor malfunction

Pros: Good location (a few minutes from Aldgate East station), Very good service: during the 9-day stay, fresh towels twice, bed linen change, quick help with minor malfunction. Spacious apartment. Cons: One thing really spoiling the overall good effect is the balcony, which is just dirty and needs cleaning. It really spoils the truly great effect of a really good place.

Pros: Nothing. Cons: That was a nightmare, the most disgusting hotel experience ever. The requirement of a 500 GBP CASH deposit was hidden - given in tiny font at the bottom of the booking. After I made the booking, I immediately received a written message from them informing me of the deposit (THEY KNOW people do not notice this nice little requirement - that is why they hurriedly inform people of the deposit AFTER the booking is completed - in other words, this is a classic trap). I IMMEDIATELY responded to them that it was not possible to bring cash (especially such a big amount) as I was t
