Comfortable, great location.
Pros: The location and facilities Cons: The soundproofing from the unit above was great so we could hear the people above walking around. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't appear to work and neither did the exhaust fan above the stove top.

Pros: Clean, neat, the tram at the doorstep is an absolute game-changer, so helpful makes the whole trip much easier and saves quite a significant amount of tram time. Cons: The nearby shops were not the best of quality
Nice apartment
Pros: We liked the location, it was very convenient having a tram stop right outside. The apartment was tidy and had everything we needed. It would be perfect for a short stay. Cons: The space was a bit small for the week long trip we had, in particular the bedroom really only just had room to walk around the bed. The bathroom also had some broken items such as the toilet paper roll holder and hand towel rail.
