Awful,dirty,faulty towers

Pros: My likes about the property..was purely the location Cons: Oh my goodness,where do I begin. Ridiculous and unnecessary trip to another grotty hotel to pick up security codes. And pay a jokeable cleaning fee. Not really a good start to our trip. Then arriving at property to a tricky code lock.luckily another guest came out to help us get in..they agreed the place was awful. Handles to fire doors were coming off in our hands! Rugs tripping us up. No mattress protector on beds, which needs replacing, very uncomfortable. Kitchen surface dirty. Leak in bathroom ceiling, dripping o

I didn’t stay it was so bad

Pros: Nothing, we walked into the room and walked back out booked elsewhere Cons: Old, disgusting, stunk Staines all over the furniture and bedding nightshade hanging off lamp I could go on. This should never ever be on sale to book

Great place and spotless

Lovely building, decorated sympathetically as I was told by the lovely check in staff, the property is in conservation area, had everything you would need, kitchenette an added bonus will definitely stay ago. Thank you.

So very disappointed,please don't waste your money

Pros: Nothing to like at all Cons: It was absolutely filthy . The pictures shown on the site are from the actual hotel not the suites a mile up the road . Has a rodent problem as bin and contents was chewed over night . Mattress are very thin all you can feel are springs . Says no smoking in rooms but there was a cigarette end in the main bedroom. As it's a suite for 3 people,why do they provide only enough cups etc for 2 people?? Completely wasted our money,if we could have found somewhere else we would have done !!!
