Pros: lokalizacja (przepiękne gwieździste niebo, spokój, natura), wieczorne smores przy ognisku, bardzo miła obsługa, piękny zapach w pokoju (lawenda, sosna) Cons: czasami nie było ciepłej wody (włączała się po dłuższej chwili) i trzeba było dokładać do pieca, ale w końcu to jest glamping

Pros: Loved staying here. Tent facilities were excellent. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Less than 10 mins drive to the West Yellowstone park entrance. Cons: The restaurant closeby wasn't great. It would be good to have more food & drink options onsite.

Pros: the location is very nice, the idea too, but the customer service is very poor Cons: A huge disappointment in the customer service, but I'm a one-time customer, so why bother? I booked and paid for accommodation for five people. Upon arrival, the tent only contained a king-size bed and a sofa bed, unprepared for sleeping, even though the property knew they were registering a family of five. No one informed us that there was a second tent for children nearby that we could use. Previous correspondence with the property clearly stated that five people couldn't sleep in one tent, so I paid f
