Cons: Small

Pros: Great location. My private room was clean and bed was ok. Staff was polite. Pretty quiet Cons: There were no towels hooks in the bathroom. Only hooks were right next to the door,but it would be nice to have hooks in the bathroom as well There were mugs, and microwave etc in the room but no cutlery.

It was convenient and good for two sleeps but smelled bad and felt unclean.

Pros: Location was awesome and really central to K Road and Queen Street, and convenient. Cons: There was a $70 deposit that was really convulsed to find on the website and was not clearly stated which does not say they have to return it (“if they deem the room satisfactory”). And there was a smell coming from the drain in the open plan bathroom that got fixed and immediately started smelling again.

Pros: His looking reception clean warm tidy happy colours etc.. :) Cons: I'm low vision double retinal reattachment.. so vision impaired.. the young man st the front desk was extremely rude.. non empathic or understanding.. really verbally rude and judgmental... Wrongly judged my injuries.. as some other.. poor status.. I'm not sure.. I'm well educated and achieved sporting wise.. i don't use blind visual aids.. but I communicate.. most people are quite judgey cause I act differently because of my eyesight impairement.. some days I'm scruffy and stressed.. îlbut up beat. Idk just rude hurtfull

Pros: Buena ubicación y excelente atención del personal super atentos y flexibles Cons: Los baños no estaban tan limpios como uno esperaría, la cama no era cómoda, para entrar a cualquier instalación necesitabas la tarjeta y eso es algo molesto
