Would recommend especially if attending events at ASU.

Pros: Close to ASU. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean. Great value for price. Cons: Noisy in the morning, not because of the hotel, but because it's location in the city

Great price for a good location for downtown Tempe visit.

Pros: Location was very convenient for what I needed. Price was great for what was provided. Room was clean and attractive. Cons: I had requested a downstairs room but only an upstairs room had been prepared (air conditioner turned on). No microwave.

Pros: Cute little motel. Cons: I arrived a day early and if you just show up without a reservation, the air conditioning isn't turned on. It took 5 hours to get from the ~114 to 75 degrees in the room. Everything was hot to the touch. Wished it had a pool. June in Phoenix is rough.
