It could be better with small corrections

The stay was reasonable, it could be better with small changes that make a difference. The inn itself needs improvements, especially in the pools and surrounding areas. Poor cleanliness is noticeable, the pool water is not treated or at least does not have the ideal level of chlorine and pH. There is algae on the pool walls. In addition, the pools have no supervision or lifeguards. The rooms are good but the mattresses and pillows are not comfortable, the floor is carpeted, and the TV cable was damaged and didn't tune in well to most channels. Very good stay with a top hotel team!! The setting is very nice, quiet in front of a lake. However, some areas need renovations.

We asked for a double room but it was not available. I think the hotel should inform you of this at the time of booking so you can cancel if you wish. Although they have updated the restaurant, there is still much to be done. The indoor pool looks worn out, the sink in our bathroom was cracked. The breakfast is a cold buffet on weekends, which isn't very exciting, but it includes fruit, brioche, cheese. On weekdays, you have to order at the cafe. On the plus side, the location is marvelous.
