Poor hospitality.
Samer, the receptionist is not helpful. He took a long time check us in. Very disappointed. He was also on his mobile while we were waiting.

Convenient Location and Friendly Service
This hotel apartment is ideal for families or friends who want to stay in the heart of Abu Dhabi. It's within walking distance of the Corniche and conveniently accessible to everything. Misheryl at the reception was very accommodating from check-in to check-out.

Wonderful Experience
We were upgraded to a one-bedroom for free, which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even better. Misheryl was really friendly and helpful throughout our visit—she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Great service and a great experience overall!
