Don’t go there with kids!!!!!!!!

Holiday dates: 18–26 August 2026 Unfortunately, we have returned from this holiday feeling extremely disappointed. The holiday and accommodation were not what we reasonably expected based on the information, photographs and description provided when we made our booking. The main problems we experienced were: * photo on the web is totally different then reality * they change towels every 3 days rom was dirty * staff very rude * food no nice * I try contact on the beach for transfer but you didn’t answer * Anything that made the holiday uncomfortable or unpleasant Staff very rude!!! Hotel receptionist gave us the wrong transfer times.

Absolutely awful experience, avoid this hotel. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had with a hotel. The hotel gave us the wrong time for our airport transfer, which caused us to miss it. This was completely due to incorrect information provided by the hotel. What is absolutely ridiculous is that, after their mistake left us without our transfer, the hotel refused to take any responsibility whatsoever. Nos sentimos estafados.

Pros: Una auténtica vergüenza, por parte de booking. El alojamiento publicado no tiene nada que ver con el alojamiento real, en la valoración expectativa/realidad ni siquiera tienen relación. El alojamiento y las instalaciones se veían poco higiénicas además de la sensación de claustrofobia ya que las dimensiones y la calidad del hospedaje no es lo que venden en las imágenes ni en la descripción. Todo un horror. Nos sentimos estafados. Cons: No nos gustó absolutamente nada.

Decepción

Pros: Me gustó mucho la ubicación de los apartamentos y la limpieza del complejo. Cons: No me gustó la zona de piscina, no hay socorrista ni nadie que vigile que las normas de la piscina se cumplan, por tanto en dicha zona era un desastre, muchas pelotas dentro de la piscina, colchonetas hinchables, niños saltando por encima de la barra de hierro que divide una piscina de otra… en fin una experiencia horrible. Tampoco se respetaba el aforo máximo de la piscina, se supone que era un aforo máximo de 20 personas y en la piscina podían haber entre niños y padres, mas de 20 personas. En cuanto a la

Awful hotel. The pictures advertised displayed a large luxurious pool, there were two crappy kids pools that you couldn’t even swim a length it’s so small. The rooms were not as advertised. Very run down and basic. All inclusive, except no WiFi in room, no air con. You pay extra for fans, we were given one big towel and three hand towels between three of us and had to rent towels for the pool on the promise of free changeover each day only for the staff to tell us we had to pay extra to change the towels each day. Food was basic. No one at reception so I can reclaim my damage deposit. How do
