Terrible experience

Pros: Comfortable room Cons: Terrible experience. I booked on Booking the daily rate with breakfast included. At the hotel, they charged me extra for breakfast separately. I had a water from the minibar, at check-out they charged me more than what was on the room menu. I asked them to check the room's shower because the water was not heating up. It was a minimum of 14°C outside on the date. After the maintenance guy checked, the reception assured me that the problem was fixed and advised me to leave the shower on for a while until the water warmed up. At first, it worked and while I was shower
