Lift out of order, we were not informed before our stay and were travelling with wheelchair user.

Pros: Great location, big apartment. Cons: We specifically selected this apartment because it advertised a lift. This was not simply a desirable feature, but an essential requirement, as my 82-year-old grandmother is a wheelchair user with only very limited mobility. On arrival, we discovered that the lift was out of order. At no point before our arrival were we informed that this essential facility was unavailable. We contacted them the following morning and were assured that it would be resolved. Acting on that assurance, we remained at the apartment instead of enjoying the plans we had made

Desagradable y sin personal en el lugar

Pros: Uno de los peores Cons: No internet, no elevator (estaba fuera de servicio durante toda mi estancia), no aire acondicionado, un ventilador no funcionaba, la persiana de la ventana estaba rota y el baño sin ventilación y no se podía abrir la ventana

Unpleasant and no staff onsite

Pros: One of the worst Cons: No internet, no elevator ( was out of service during my whole stay ) , no air conditioning, one fan was not working, window shade was broken and toilet with no ventilation and can’t open the window
