Very good for a short stay in Berlin

Cleanness very good ! The location near Metro and Train Station and if you like walking pretty close of the city center also. Bed very comfy.

Pros: Location is close by center and a big train station Cons: Stairs are too narrow and high chance to get stumbled and have injury. Bathroom and toilet is located inside rooms which creates noise as people use it

Pros: The service customer Cons: First of all, the location. I arrived without knowing much about the area, and I realised that the neighbourhood where the hostel is located felt a little unsafe. Secondly, having to climb several flights of very narrow, steep stairs with a suitcase during check-in was far from convenient. When I entered the room, I realised there was no air conditioning, even though it was extremely hot that day. The room also smelled unpleasant, and there was a guest lying in bed naked, which made me feel very uncomfortable and forced me to ask for a room change. They event
