Place is conveniently located next to a block that had food places and a store for everyday goods, Neighbours were friendly

Overall a good stay, with the amenities like cooking and laundry facility provided.

Pros: The cooking facilities available. Cons: The floor is rather sticky the time we came in.

If I have the opportunity to come to Perth, I would like to use it again!

I used it for participating in the Perth Japan Festival. It was convenient to the venue. The room was clean, and I could spend comfortably with facilities, tableware, detergent, etc. available.

Pros: How close it was to Royal Perth and the amount of space it had. Cons: The keys were hard to use on the main doors to get in. Other than that nothing else.

Great stay the staff when contacted were prompt with replies and all questions answered

Pros: Clean great location Good amenities Cons: Small car park for our rental car Very difficult to get in when another large car is also parked
