Urban Rest Battersea Apartments

Relaxing & enjoyable stay.

Pros: It was quiet and clean and had everything needed for a six day stay. Easy walk to tube station and shops. The ongoing development in the area wasn't an issue. The air conditioning was excellent and we haven't slept so well in a long time. Cons: I missed the email with the welcome pack and it would be nice to have a printed copy in the apartment. WiFi to the TV was very patchy and most days we had to reconnect it. We didn't connect to WiFi at all as you needed your own account and without the welcome pack it was unclear what you were signing up for.

Eine super tolle moderne Wohnung mit eigenen Schlafzimmern inklusive Bädern.

Pros: Tolle moderne Ausstattung und gute Betten. Die Lage in der Nähe der Battersea Power Station und der Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz inklusive dem Bootsanleger für das Uber Boot war super. Cons: Leider war die Technik für die Belüftung laut im 2. Schlafzimmer zu hören. Die Kinder konnten trotzdem gut schlafen, da sie abends immer sehr müde waren.

Pros: ‏الموقع جيد جدا فقط Cons: ‏خدمة عملاء سيئة جدا وليس لديهم سوى جواب واحد لكل طلباتك (للأسف لا يمكن العمل ذلك). ‏المبالغة في تسعير بعض الخدمات والمنتجات فعلى سبيل المثال يتم تزويدك بمفتاح واحد لكل غرفة حتى ولو كانت لشخصين وعند طلب أي مفتاح إضافي عليك أن تدفع 50 جنيه كذلك عند طلب مناشف إضافية التي لا تكلف شراها أكثر من 10 جنيهات فإن إيجارها مباشرة من قبلهم يكلف 60 جنيه. ‏ كما أنهم يقومون بإلزامك بدفع مبلغ تأمين لا يتم استرداد ده بسهولة وذلك قبل موعد الوصول بأربع وعشرين ساعة وفي حال عدم سداد المبلغ يتم إلغاء حجزك وعدم ارجاع المبلغ المدفوع لك

Pros: Location only Cons: 1.Customer Service is below standard 2. They exaggeration on fees and charges for any additional service for example to get an additional key you have to pay more than 50 pound plus for additional towel that doesn’t cost more than 10 pound you will be charged around 60.
