No excuse for ongoig maintenance issue.

Cons: No hot water on one day. I was informed that this is an ongoing problem

Very very disappointing

Pros: Nothing Cons: The room was on a main road and extremely noisy. The bed may as well have been on the footpath. I could not sleep. On Saturday morning there was no hot water so a cold shower (after being in hospital). No staff anywhere. Completely impersonal. I have been ripped off with the cost and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: Location, apartment layout Cons: Told we may or may not be able to store bags prior to check in and was suggested to use a luggage storage company, the closest location was over 1km away. Cleaning could be improved — pieces of dog food on floor, tooth floss in sink, a LOT of dust on bed headboard.
