Lovely hotel, perfect for families.

The hotel is at a beautiful location in Malta but it's a bit further away from public transport. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are two pools with salt water and enough space to put your towels. The towel service from the hotel was awesome. The atmosphere in the hotel was nice and we didn't hear any of our neighbors. We really loved our stay! Hemant from the main desk was also super helpful and kind.

Amazing experience !!

We had such a lovely and relaxing day at Urban Valley. The pool was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. A special mention to Yessika at TRI Bar—she truly went above and beyond! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and her service definitely made our experience even better. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always so welcoming. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend Urban Valley. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Last week I went alongside my twin boys , it was a lovely experience to say the least and i would like to express my gratitude to Chandan who was constantly professional and enhanced our experience. Big well done!!!

great holiday

This trip allowed me to relax. The hotel room was very nice, and the drinks and food were delicious. I really appreciated the friendly service, which was always helpful. Mr. Vishal at the bar was always smiling and friendly. The rest was much better thanks to such service.
