I arrived early before check in time. And without even requesting, they went above and beyond to get me a room as soon as one was available. Also kept me informed on the status.

Comfortable and cozy

Very cozy and well decorated property. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location was perfect for catching trains. Breakfast was worth the extra $$.

Unique hotel near midi station

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Very unique furnitures, designs, set ups. The breakfast was top notch. All super fresh and devine. My room was spacious and beautiullly decorated. Cons: My room 002 on ground floor was a bit noisy. You could hear people talk who were in the lobby. Also the walls didn't seem to be the thickest ones.

Everything was great. The staff were friendly, the room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed every day. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It is also conveniently located, about a 7-minute walk from Brussels-Midi station. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
