Pros: It was clean. The staff were all kind and made me feel less anxious. They were also flexible with breakfast times. Cons: The noise echoes quite a bit. There is a coffee service on the 1st floor, but having a refrigerator in the room would be really helpful.

Pros: The staff was welcoming from the beginning to the end of my stay. They left a note and two chocolates in the room, which I really appreciated. The location is great as it is in the center of all the attractions to visit. At 3:00 pm, there are free cookies and tea. I arrived 15 minutes after check-out, but they told me not to worry and allowed me to leave my luggage with them to visit the city before my departure. Cons: Nothing
