Pros: Quiet room, with high-quality trousseau, perfect blackout and very comfortable
Pros: Quiet room, with high-quality trousseau, perfect blackout and very comfortable. The service is attentive. The hotel's location is also a strong point, Chueca has several of the coolest restaurants and shops in the city. Cons: The breakfast service could improve, despite several employees, not all were cordial and there was a delay in delivering a simple coffee. The bathrooms do not have a bidet shower and the shower space is somewhat tight, but nothing that compromises the room's comfort in general.

Wonderful stay. Kudos to the staff who are fantastic from the porter to room service.
Pros: The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our suite had a large terrace where we spent some very nice evenings. Also worth a visit is the spa, it has a fantastic water-hot tub area that should not be missed. Cons: For the price of accommodation, I would have expected a few more free perks. I was surprised to be charged for ice considering it was 40 degrees outside. In other high-end hotel stays, the guest gets a few treats!
