Pros: Great night's sleep in a quiet location. It is a working farm and has some welcoming friendly dogs that greeted us at reception. Room was clean and had coffee/tea making facilities. Bed nice and comfy, large bathroom with a shower. Ethel was very friendly and accommodating as I had to change my plans at the last minute and requested a twin room instead of a double. Very convenient for the Triumph factory (we were doing a tour), and the nearest village had some great pubs, one of which did breakfast the following morning. Would recommend Vale Farm. Cons: Nothing

Lovely comfortable stay

Pros: Very handy location for meeting people on the Ashby canal. Nice room and bathroom. Nice drinks tray with a range of different mugs and lovely china teacups. Cons: There was some road noise in the morning but probably wouldn’t have heard it as much if the windows had been shut.

You will not be disappointed!

Pros: Lovely location; room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and appointed to a very high standard; spacious parking and a friendly welcome. Cons: Can't think of anything! We will certainly be back.
