Great, relaxing break in the mountains

Pros: Great location, ultra-modern house, large rooms, plenty of storage space, good bed, nothing to complain about! Cons: Nothing

Met my expectations.

Pros: The hotel is generously designed in every respect. Friendly, helpful, and cheerful staff. Good location. Cons: Missing a variety of newspapers. One local newspaper is not enough.

Nice, but.....

Pros: Spacious rooms, welcoming staff. Good restaurant although excessively expensive. Excellent location. Cons: 1) More precision in cleaning the rooms. More attention to the customer and details. 2) One masseuse is absolutely not enough. At least 2 are needed to ensure the service offered. Especially being a 4-star hotel and for the price paid. 3) Minibar is empty. Products should be added. 4) For breakfast in the room, a list or menu should be provided. 5) If it is stated that the 4 national languages are spoken, at the reception I EXPECT them to know all of them!

Pros: Everything from the staff, the attention to the guest, the amenities, and the excellent breakfast. We particularly enjoyed the spa area and the activities offered by the hotel. Spotless cleanliness. Cons: We felt that some of the evening dishes could have benefited from better execution, especially regarding seasoning, cooking, and originality.
