Met een beter management zou dit echt een "value" stay kunnen zijn.

Pros: Ons appartement was ruim en comfortabel. Het was fijn om een terras te hebben. Cons: 1) Bij aankomst aan de receptie bleken alle ingangen gesloten. Je kon nergens aanbellen. Ik moest uit de vele infoborden aan de ingang zoeken hoe ik iemand kon bereiken. Toen ik opbelde, bleek de man aan de receptie op enkele meters van mij te zitten en kwam hij de poort opendoen. Ik vond ook dat de receptie erg beperkt open was, maar heb er toch voor gekozen om langs te komen omdat de procedure met online richtlijnen erg ingewikkeld leek. 2) Het beleid van de residentie zegt: verboden te roken binnen

Pros: Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut erreichbar um verschiedenste Sehenswürdigkeiten des Stadtkerns zu sehen. Cons: Die Anmeldung war sehr problematisch,da verschieden offizielle Nummern, sowie eine Notfallnummer bei Problemen schlecht erreichbar waren. Der online Check-in um in die Zimmer zu kommen hat nicht funktioniert. In der Theorie hätten wir einen Code für eine Schlüsselbox bekommen, in welcher unser Schlüssel hinterlegt sein sollte. In der Praxis handelt es sich um einen kleinen Safe an einer Wand, auf welchen alle Leute mit Check in Zugriff haben. Dementsprechend war unser Schlüsse
