Pros: Really nice big room, comfy bed, air conditioning, pool, balcony Cons: I had requested to extend my stay and they did not reply to messages or emails all day while I was on my way there

Pros: Really nice big room, comfy bed, air conditioning, pool, balcony Cons: I had requested to extend my stay and they did not reply to messages or emails all day while I was on my way there. I couldn't cancel my request to book another room and I couldn't call because my phone wasn't set up for calling. I was checking booking.com and there was availability up until they finally replied and told me they had no more availability. The stay was good but that was disappointing
