Average, due to things that could easily be put right.
Pros: Sauna was good. Parking was ok, but expensive. Always enjoy staying her, but this time I felt it was only very average. Cons: Very little warm water. Shower was cold each morning, shower was Luke warm at night. Air con in the room didn’t work. It was either very hot, or open the window , and the noise outside would keep you awake.
Excellent hotel , stayed there before and will stay there again when I’m in the area

all good except for the waiters in the bar area they need to be more asertive
Pros: the hotel works well Cons: waiter in the bar area are badly trained and need to remember we are customers not robots
Pros: Best breakfast in Spa, upgrades to the interior and excellent dinner menu. Cons: maid service was inconsistent: one of three days they didn't service my room and then told management that I instructed them not to make up the room.
