Unaware of the breakfast, but the location was an amazing experience for our first time in Vancouver!

Nice and quiet place .
Pros: Park car on driveway , property gate . Large room and cleanliness , nice owner Cons: No A/C, No space heater. Bathroom needs repaired

Pros: Host was friendly but saw her only once at check in. Cons: Fridges in the kitchen have dirt and molds. Cabinets have full of dirt and junks.

Really great stay. Will strongly consider in future.
Pros: Clean room / bathroom. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Cons: Even tho it doesnt really take away from its welcoming presence, the place needs a bit of maintenance. The balcony out the bedroom has wood that needs replacing. Some wiping down of windows, skylights and balcony glass would go a long way to sharpen up the presence. Even saying all this to be honest, this stay was a bargain. Hard to get a good stay in Vancouver metro with solid value. This stay has alot of value.
