Thumbs up

Great communication with the owner. Great value for money. Easy to access. Located in the area where within a few steps you get Tesco, fast food takeaways. The area of the hotel feels safe. Overall very good if you needed to stay in London for a couple of days.

Fourth floor, not specified, very bad for older people without an elevator

Fourth floor, not specified, very bad for older people without an elevator. Otherwise, only the bare essentials in terms of equipment and the beds for four people are not enough.

Feeling hot! Hot! Hot!

Pros: Really great location for us. We were going for an evening out just down the road. Cons: When I say the place is warm… that is an understatement. It's a simple proper clean or replacement, you cannot charge £90 for what we received, it's predatory. Cons: Dirty, stained bathtub, gross grey marks, unusable, not in any condition fit for guests, stains on toilet seat, signs of wear and tear and needing replacement (bathroom shared with 2 or 3 other rooms). Minifridge UNCLEANED, the room was not prepared properly for guests, HORRIBLE stains under the mattress, as well as numerous hairs and detritus, mattress protector also stained, both n

Shabby exterior door, no owner on site, didn’t feel confident and didn’t stay

Pros: I have to be honest and say that I didn’t actually stay at the property. When I booked online, the scoring was good. The reviews were favorable and the pictures look nice. However, I had problems trying to leave a bag there because we were attending the cricket match and the owner wasn’t able to accommodate this because he couldn’t be there to receive a bag until 12:30 in the afternoon by which time we would be at the cricket. We arrived about 11 o’clock to try and see if we could drop the bag off early but there was nobody there. We had difficulty finding the property because there was
