Pros: Great central location, clean and comfortable. Team helpful and flexible on things like bag storage before and after check in /out Cons: The downside of the location is that there were often groups of men and homeless people hanging round the square in the front of the hotel. It meant that coming back at night may feel daunting for anyone not used to city life or with young children. Reception is only staffed durjng office hours so contact with the team was via phone.

Clean and comfortable with lovely staff

Pros: Good sized apartments. Very clean, and comfortable bed. Staff were really lovely and helpful. Cons: The sofa was hard as bricks. Only one chair for the table. And St Enoch square is very run down and not the safest place at night time which isn’t the properties fault but definitely not a great area.

The room and location exceeded expectations.

Pros: It was a great location and the fridge and microwave were very helpful. The amenities were great. Cons: The motion sensor lights turned off quickly and the light switches were a little confusing. I couldn’t get the bedside light to turn on sometimes. Also, some instructions about how to use the washing machine would be helpful. It would also be helpful to have information about which amenities are available; it was an accident I found out about free washer/dryer.
