Never again
Pros: Nothing at all At the check-out receptionist insisted the teturn of the 2 keycards - never had such xperience ever. I am travelling 2 x a month ww. Hope my deposit is not going to be used - I asked for an immediate credit of my deposit, it was declined. I left the hotel and booked IHG Sindhorn Midtown, Langsuan in Bkk Cons: See above

Great hotel, will definitely stay here again.
Pros: The location is good with the massage parlour just at the lobby. Central location with amenities just around the corner & the pratunam market is just nearby. This hotel has connecting rooms which is good for families. Cons: The traffic… as there is road construction along this street just that stretch of road can take a while to reach the hotel.

Pros: The stuff Facility Cons: The road works in front of the hotel is a big problem cause us losing time and difficulty to cross to other side which have the shopping centers and makes the side walk very crowded

We had a great stay in this hotel. We will definitely come back.
Pros: Very close to shopping areas, very convenient, staff is very approachable. The breakfast is very good, has a lot of food choices. Cons: No proper parking space if you are traveling with car.
