Great location, so close to everything

Great location, so close to everything. I gave 10 out 10 because the time I have stayed at the hotel I have had no trouble. There was one time that I had to book another night at the hotel but couldn't get a king suite when I got to the hotel they told me that I can stay in the king suite for my stay no extra charge. I can't wait for next year.

Hotel itself was great but the staff let it down

Pros: Location was amazing. The view from out corner room was incredible. Clean and comfortable, good facilities and easy to access. But staff were horrible Cons: Staff were not pleasant at all. From the moment I walked into the foyer I was met with a bad attitude. Member of staff who checked me in was quite unpleasant, raised her voice at me while checking in. Other members of staff just stared and made it even more uncomfortable. Multiple times I felt like I was being looked at by staff like “you don’t belong here” horrible experience. If I do stay again I won’t hesitate to be rude back.
