Pros: Easy check-in, providing information, location is good, new place with good quality Cons: Be aware that you need to pay 75£ as a hold deposit in case of any damage. Which is fine, but booking didn't mention it obviously, but it ia in your terms of conditions after you book, after you check out uou get your money back
