Banquet Team Praise

Randy White and Team assisted with our meeting while we stayed and they did a tremendous job. We asked for printings, assistance in moving tables, etc. Randy was invaluable that day and I cannot thank him enough! The hotel was also very clean and my room was a welcome site after a long work day. Very pleased with my stay.

A dream venue for events, with a team that delivers

As an event planner, I work with a lot of venues, and the Viceroy Chicago stands out as one of the best. I recently coordinated a private event here for a corporate client, and every part of the experience was smooth from planning through execution. My main point of contact, Dulce, was exceptional. She was responsive, organized, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Anna was also a huge help coordinating our room block, and the day-of team was outstanding.
